A prominent Nordic ship management company, specializing in energy and tanker vessels, is looking for a Senior Technical Superintendent to join its technical team in Oslo. This role involves overseeing the technical management of high-value assets, working closely with senior leadership to enhance operational performance and compliance with industry standards.

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of a designated fleet of tankers, focusing on safety and environmental performance.
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules, repairs, and drydockings in accordance with budgetary and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of technical reports and analyses for senior management review.
• Work directly with shipboard management to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Implement and oversee efficient inventory and spare parts management systems.

• Chief Engineer’s license with at least 5 years’ experience managing tankers as a Technical Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of tanker operations, compliance requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Fluency in English; Norwegian proficiency is beneficial.
