A prominent ship-owning company is hiring an Operations Executive to join their Istanbul office. This role is suitable for a mid-level professional with experience in dry bulk vessel operations who is looking to grow within a reputable company. The role will support the TC-in fleet and assist in managing vessel schedules and client relationships.

• Manage daily operational activities, including overseeing cargo schedules, port calls, and vessel performance.
• Collaborate with the Chartering team for pre-fixture and post-fixture operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, brokers, and port agents to ensure efficient operations.
• Review and issue relevant documentation, including freight invoices and voyage reports.
• Monitor vessel performance and address any issues that arise during the voyage.

• 2-5 years of experience in dry bulk operations or vessel management.
• Knowledge of IMOS or similar operational software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field preferred.
