Our client, a respected port agency with operations across tanker and dry bulk sectors, is seeking a Junior Port Agent to join their team in Jeddah. • Assist with coordinating port and husbandry services, including vessel booking with port authorities, arranging for pilotage, towage, and essential services like waste disposal and fresh water supply.
• Support senior agents in managing crew changes, organizing medical appointments, and processing regulatory paperwork.
• Participate in managing port calls through agency software, help process service invoices, and provide vessel movement updates to clients.
• Learn and ensure compliance with port regulatory requirements and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; a Saudi driver’s license is a plus.
