Our client, a leading global shipping and logistics company, is searching for a seasoned Head of Finance to direct its finance and accounting functions from their London headquarters. This executive role is instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategies, driving growth, and optimizing financial performance on a global scale.

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, overseeing planning, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Drive the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior executives on business development, acquisitions, and financial risk management.
• Oversee audit processes, tax planning, and compliance to safeguard the company’s financial interests.

• Minimum of 10 years in finance leadership, preferably in the maritime or shipping industry.
