This senior-level role is critical in overseeing the technical performance and operational efficiency of the company’s fleet, requiring a candidate with in-depth technical and managerial expertise.

• Lead the technical management team, ensuring optimal performance and compliance of the Ro-Ro fleet.
• Oversee all major repair and drydocking projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary and timeline constraints.
• Develop and manage the fleet’s technical budget, focusing on cost optimization and resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to align operational strategies and ensure seamless fleet performance.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and contractors.

• Chief Engineer’s license with a minimum of 8 years of technical management experience, preferably in Ro-Ro operations.
