Responsibilities

  • Support senior brokers in negotiation and conclusion of charter agreements.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, port conditions, and trade patterns to inform business decisions.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities and contribute to client base expansion.
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations and participate in company training sessions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in maritime studies, international trade, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the shipping industry or a strong interest in dry cargo broking.
  • Basic understanding of the global shipping market and willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
