A well-established shipping company is looking for an experienced Dry Bulk Operator to join their team in Athens. • Oversee and coordinate daily operations for owned and chartered dry bulk vessels, ensuring compliance with company policies and global regulations.
• Plan and optimize cargo schedules, coordinate with ship agents, and manage required documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth port calls, cargo loadings, and discharges.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions, focusing on cost-effective outcomes.
• Support the Chartering and Technical departments to align operational and technical needs.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dry bulk operations.
• Strong understanding of dry cargo logistics and relevant maritime regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in Greek is a plus.
• Proficient with operational software and tools, especially IMOS or similar platforms.
