Role Details

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our client base within the Greek maritime industry
  • Leverage your existing network of shipowners and managers to generate leads and secure new business
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and attending industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the maritime industry
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the maritime industry
  • Established network of contacts within the Greek shipping community, particularly shipowners and managers
  • Strong understanding of port agency services and global port operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential
